Challenge
The Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation of Toronto is dedicated to the support of the patient care, teaching and research initiatives of Mount Sinai Hospital and its Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute. The foundation has an extensive donor and volunteer program. The foundation wanted to create an ongoing communication with its fundraising voluteers to celebrate the successes, motivate the fundraisers and to recognize the donours.
Solutions / Method
Dynam developed an HTML email newsletter system which can be simply updated, on a weekly basis by the foundation's staff, who have no coding or programming experience. The current information is fitted into pre-existing fields in the form and distributed to the email list of volunteers.
Conclusion
Without a need to hire the specialized staff, The Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation can deliver current, professionally desveloped communication to its core group of volunteers.
